Su-Ching Teh
Consultant & S.MA.RT Principal
Teh Su-Ching brings over 20 years of expertise in financial accounting and advisory for fundraising. Currently, she advises an FMCG company in the e-commerce sector and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director for two public listed companies. Additionally, she holds an honorary position on the Finance Committee of the Incorporated Society of Planters (ISP).
Su-Ching is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Su-Ching’s career began in 1996 at Crowe, where she focused on auditing manufacturing, trading, and service-based companies. In 2000, she joined CIMB Investment Bank, concentrating on Initial Public Offerings. She returned to Crowe in 2001 to help establish its Business Advisory division, where she specialized in financial due diligence, business valuation, and M&A, eventually rising to the position of Principal. In 2010, Su-Ching joined a healthcare group as CFO, overseeing funding and expansion management for 13 chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics across Malaysia, as well as a hospital and surgical theater in Kuala Lumpur. She later held key roles in business development and finance at Tradewinds Plantation Berhad.
